A $2.5 billion utility company needed assistance in upgrading an out of support software packaged used to manage its mobile workforce.
The customer engaged Solvegy for assistance with evaluating the feasibility of upgrading the mission critical system.
Partnering with the customer’s technology and business organizations, Solvegy created several options and worked with executive leadership to recommend a path forward. The process leveraged a custom software package / vendor evaluation framework tailored to the customer’s needs.
Ultimately, Solvegy recommended postponing the upgrade due to an upcoming ERP upgrade.
