Dipesh has over 15 years of technology and management consulting experience in information technology strategy, program and project management, and business process optimization. His experience spans across the travel and hospitality, energy, telecommunications, non-profit, and financial services industries. Dipesh has assisted Fortune 500 and mid-size organizations develop technology strategies and solutions that support their objectives. Prior to founding Solvegy, he consulted with Deloitte Consulting, North Highland Consulting, and Andersen Business Consulting. Most recently, Dipesh was responsible for launching and leading the Washington, DC office of Pariveda Solutions, a national information technology consultancy.
Dipesh attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a published author on project and program management best practices. Dipesh is frequently sought out for his valuable insights on technology trends.

Dipesh is a native Texan, who enjoys exploring Washington, DC and the surrounding areas on foot and on bicycle with his wife. He supports the Texas Longhorns and Houston Rockets through good times and bad, but can be found at an occasional Washington Wizards game. He is also picking up golf and enjoys traveling to various parts of the world sampling new cuisines and experiencing different cultures.
Dipesh is involved with several community programs in the Washington, DC area. He is on the Board of the DC chapter of the University of Texas alumni group, the DC Texas Exes, and serves as the chapter's Director of Finance. Dipesh is also an active member of the Washington, DC Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Matt has more than 25 years of experience split between direct marketing strategy and technology and management consulting, program and project management. His experience spans across the industrial distribution, catalog marketing, publishing, non-profit, and ecommerce industries as well as Federal government contracting.
He has assisted small to medium commercial companies achieve their sales and financial objectives and helped multiple Legislative branch entities develop technology strategies and solutions that support their objectives. Prior to joining Solvegy, he consulted with VisionFoundry, Inc. and worked for Hanley Wood, WMH Tool Group, High Branch Software, ATD (formerly ASTD), and Woodworker’s Supply, Inc. Most recently, Matt was responsible for leading a multi-organization application development team that built a mission critical business services portal for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms.
Matt attended the University of New Mexico where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

He is focused on delivering high quality results that will have an immediate positive impact on his clients’ businesses. Matt is a native New Mexican who moved to the Washington, DC metro area in 2000. He is a huge fan of the Washington Capitals NHL hockey team, an avid hiker, mountain biker, and amateur photographer. He enjoys traveling the world with his wife and supporting her urban farming business in his spare time. He is also obsessed with street art and devotes at least one day of every vacation to discovering the local graffiti and murals in the towns and cities he visits.
Matt is an active member of the Washington, DC chapter of the Project Management Institute and serves on the board of directors of his condominium association. He occasionally joins forces with his wife to volunteer for events hosted by local urban farming organizations in Washington, DC.
